The City of Eugene Does Not Want You To See This Photo!

We were on the top floor of a parking garage last month in downtown Eugene. We were minding our own business when a bitchy security guard showed up and told us we couldn't take pictures up there. I showed her what I was photographing and she said "The City of Eugene does not want to you to photograph that." She blamed it on 9/11. How many damn things are we going to blame on that?
